The Equine Welfare Network's Assistance Program will serve as a resource for owners who need short term help feeding or caring for their horses or livestock due to a temporary period of financial insecurity, family crises or death of a caregiver. Depending on the need, the recipient may receive assistance with the purchase of feed and/or hay. The Equine Welfare Network's Assistance Program may also offer assistance with farrier, veterinary or euthanasia-end of life costs. Payments for these services will be sent directly to the vendor.
